Welcome to Ashton Keynes Tennis Club's new online court booking
system. To access the system click here This will open up a new page (below)
allowing you to register as a new user or login if you are already
registered. To register all you need is your email address and a
password. Click on the + not registered? link
shown below.
A Registration Page will open (see below) - fill in your name:
'Forename' and 'Surname' then enter your email address. Finally
enter an easy-to-remember password and confirm this by entering it
a second time. Click on 'Register Now' and a 'Thank you for
Registering' page will open: this will tell you that an email has
been sent to you (Subject - BookIt Tennis: Online Registration
Confirmation). This has a confirmation link - you will need to
click on this to complete your registration. That's it - you are
registered. Your email address will be used as a 'User Name'. It
will also be used to send you a confirmation email whenever you
book a court.
You will now be able to book a tennis court. To do this go to
the 'login page' (see Page 1) and enter your email address and
password. This will take you to a Club Recommendations page. On the
left you will see a short menu under the heading 'user details',
the top item is 'make a booking' and will open up the Court Booking
page. To make a booking decide on the date you are interested in by
clicking on the calendar on the right hand side of the page, then
click 'book' under your required court and against your selected
time. These are currently configured for half-hour periods, so
select the appropriate number of half-hour time slots up to a
maximum of four consecutive slots. When booking the first slot you
will have the option of entering an end time up to 2 hours after
the start time, in increments of half-a-hour. You will then receive
a confirmation email (Subject - BookIt: Court Reservation
Confirmation).
